Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. The First Appeal filed by the Insurance Company has been dismissed on 10.08.2018. This is an application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company. In view of the fact that, the appeal has been dismissed, I see no difficulty in allowing the present application. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court in terms of the apportionment made in the Award with interest accrued thereon.
