The learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the fact that he has been seeking consideration of his request for transfer in the transfer process of the year 2022-23 and the process having already been over; seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to approach the respondent authorities with a specific representation and a direction to the respondents to consider the same on its own merits. 3.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to tender a representation to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4, who shall consider it on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks of presentation of the representation.
