The petitioner claims trained graduate teachers pay scale.

It is submitted by Mr. Gunale, learned counsel for the petitioner that the trained graduate teachers pay scale was granted to one Mr. Shinde. The petitioner had raised the objection. After hearing, the Education Officer cancelled the said pay scale given to Mr. Shinde. However, the claim of the petitioner is not considered.

The petitioner may make fresh comprehensive representation to the Education Officer.

The Education Officer shall after hearing all the

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
