Having perused the prayers put forth by the petitioners, we are of the view that our extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution cannot be invoked in such matters. 2.

The learned A.G.P. had sought a pass over in the first session and after the matter was called out in the second session, he places before us a Circular issued by the Divisional Commissioner's office, Aurangabad, Division Aurangabad (Revenue), dated 13/02/2015, vide which, a District Level Committee and a Sub Divisional Committee (comprising of four

12743.18wp (2) members each) have been formed to deal with the grievances of the litigants. He submits that the petitioners can approach the Sub Divisional Committee.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that the petitioners would withdraw this petition and approach the Sub Divisional Committee for the redressal of their grievances.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Sub Divisional Committee formed vide Circular dated 13/02/2015. 5.
