This is an application for quashment of the First Information Report, being Crime No. 170 of 2023 registered with Murud Police Station, Dist. Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant and Respondent No.2 - informant are present before the Court. They have arrived at compromise and an affidavit of Respondent No.2 - informant in that effect is filed. Considering the fact that the matter is compromised, criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
