1] Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, petitioner no.1 has completed his B.Sc., and needs tribe validation certification for the purpose of securing employment from the S.T. category. Petitioner no.2 has completed his MBA course, and he also needs tribe validation certification for his near future.

2] Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that, respondent no.1 will decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, within 10 months from today. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, respondent no.1 may be directed to decide the tribe claim within three months.

3] In the light of the submissions made across the bar and keeping in view the fact

that, petitioner no.1 has completed his B.Sc., and petitioner no.2 has completed his MBA course; there may be need of tribe validation certificates for their future, including securing employment.

4] In that view of the mater, we direct respondent no.1 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, however, within four months from today.

5] We make it clear that, we have not expressed any opinion on merits.

6] With the above, the Petition stands disposed of.

7] Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
