1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 5. Despite service of notices to the respondent No.6, none appears for the said respondent.

2] The matter pertains to condonation of delay of 11 days to present an appeal against the judgment and award passed by MACT, Beed, 3] For the reasons mentioned in the application, I do not find any impediment to condone the delay. It would not cause any injustice or prejudice to the respondent. In contrast, it would sub-serve the interest of justice. Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Delay is condoned. Application stand disposed of accordingly. Registry to take requisite steps for further process in the matter. Matter be listed in due course.
