As far as prayer clause 'B' is concerned, the said prayer cannot be considered in the present writ petition. 2.

Mr Khade, the learned advocate submits that, the petitioner will take up the appropriate proceedings with regard to prayer clause 'B'. The learned advocate further submits that, though the land has been acquired in the year 1960, the area of the land acquired is not deleted in the 7/12 extract. The petitioner has a remedy in respect of the same also.

The petitioner can file an appeal before the appellate authority under Section 247 of the MLRC or he can also move before the Committee constituted under the circular dated 13.02.2015. 4.

Naturally, if the petitioner takes up the proceedings, the authority would consider the same in accordance with law. 5.
