Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent. The grievance is that the petitioners have been issued the tribe certificates with incorrect spelling. The petitioners have

{2} wp 12960 & 12950.19.odt applied for giving the corrected tribe certificates on 21.9.2019. The petitioners shall submit on-line applications also. The petitioners shall surrender the original tribe certificates with incorrect spelling to the SDO. The SDO, after verifying the genuineness of the said certificates, shall issue the corrected tribe certificates to the petitioners within two (2) weeks with effect from submission of on-line applications.
