PER COURT :- The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the appeals filed by the petitioners under the provisions of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949 are pending with respondent No.2 since ten months. Same are not decided.

In case the appeals are filed by the petitioners and same are pending with respondent No.2, respondent No.2 shall decide the same on their own merit in accordance with law, after extending opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, as early as possible and preferably within six months.
