Learned A.G.P raises a preliminary objection that the petitioners have remedy against the impugned order U/s 249(2) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

In light of that, I am not inclined to entertain the petition. The petitioner may avail the alternate remedy. 4.

The authority where the proceedings would be filed, shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition. 5.

All contentions of respective parties kept open. 6.

For a period of three (3) weeks from today, further

proceedings before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate shall not be proceeded. Needless to state, on lapse of three (3) weeks, the said protection would come to an end.
