Learned counsel for respondent/original plaintiff, on instructions, submits that the appeals preferred by the appellants/original defendants are ready for hearing.

The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the paper book is ready in only one appeal. However, I do not fnd any substance in the submission made on behalf of the appellants. Both the appeals now pending before the First Appellate Court, arise out of the suit and counter claim of the same suit and, as such, if the paper book is prepared, the same paper book would suffce the purpose in both the pending appeals. In view of this, the First Appellate Court is hereby directed to dispose off both the appeals as expeditiously as possible, however, preferably within a period of TWO MONTHS from the date of this order. Both the Appeal from Orders are accordingly disposed off. Pending civil applications are also disposed off.
