Mr. Tungar, the learned counsel submits that

2 wp 12481.18 the respondents be directed to pay petitioners amount of Rs. 27,27,507/- towards the acquisition of land Gut No. 683 admeasuring 19.5 Gunthas as per the modified award dated 13.02.2017.

Mr. Manorkar, the learned counsel submits that the modified award has been challenged before the Arbitrator by respondent no. 2 and though the name of the petitioners are not in the Application filed before the Arbitrator, he has instructed his counterpart to add the present petitioners also as parties in the challenge raised before the Arbitrator.

In that event, the amount disputed as per respondent no. 2 would be deposited before the Arbitrator in the pending proceeding. The petitioners may thereafter appear in the matter before the Arbitrator and take appropriate steps. Respondent no. 2 shall deposit the said amount before the Arbitrator within a period of eight

(08) weeks.

Writ Petitions stand disposed of accordingly. No costs.
