Learned advocate for the appellant has placed on record affidavit filed by appellants No.2 Machhindra Ramchandra Sake. Along with the same a written communication by all the appellants giving letter to the Advocate dated 18-02-2019 that, they do not want to proceed with the matter and therefore, they want to withdraw the second appeal. 2.

Taking into consideration the said affidavit and the letter the present appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 3.

The learned advocate appearing for the appellants brings notice the notice order dated 23-10-2018 in which appellants were directed to deposit amount towards security to the tune of Rs.25,000/- before

SA 791-2018 the trial Court. It is submitted that, that amount has been deposited however at this stage no receipt of the same is produced. 4.

Photocopy of the receipts produced on record which is marked as Exhibit 'X'. The appellant No.2 who had deposited that amount is allowed to withdraw.
