Present petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- "B.

By way of passing appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the impugned orders dated 29.7.2021 and order in Review dated 9.9.2022 in outward no.Pravesh Niyantran Pradhikaran/Case No.135/Admission and also order dated 18.7.2023 bearing No. Meeting-1822/Case No.237 / Meeting/ 31st May/1728 passed by respondent no.3, thereby declaring, holding and treating the admission of petitioner as ineligible and invalid vide Annexure B/Agriculture may kindly be quashed and set aside.

By way of passing appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent no.3 may kindly be directed to be decided the review application submitted by the respondent no.6 in the office of Respondent no.3 vide Reference

wp 14126.23.odt No.COAP/1322/23 dated 21.7.2023 as early as possible."

It appears that review application has been submitted by respondent no.6 before respondent no.3 vide reference No.COAP/1322/23 on 21.7.2023.

Learned advocate for respondent no.3 placed on record two communications. One is dated 10.10.2023. The report was called. Now, it appears that by communication dated 27.10.2023 by respondent no.4 to respondent no.3 to reconsider the decision. Now the statement is made that respondent no.3 would consider the said request within a period of six (6) weeks from today.

In view of the said statement, purpose of prayer clause 'C' would be served and in view of the said statement writ petition can be disposed off. Accordingly, it is disposed off.
