Applicants are seeking withdrawal of amount on the ground of parity. In similarly situated matters the claimants

2 34 ca 13128.25 corrected were permitted to receive the amount on furnishing undertaking. In those matters as well as these matters 50% of the amount deposited with accrued interest has been deposited by the acquiring body.

I propose to follow the same course. The civil applications are allowed partly permitting the applicants - claimants to receive the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
