By this Civil Application, the applicants have prayed for taking the name of applicants and respondent Nos.4-A, 4-B, 4C and 5-A on record as legal heirs of the original petitioner, who expired on 21.08.2021.

Respondent Nos.4-A, 4-B, 4-C and 5-A are already on record and are not required to be brought on record once again. So far as the impleadment of applicants are concerned, applicants are allowed to be brought on record in place of the

Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two

(2) weeks from today in the records of these proceedings and also in the copy supplied to the respondents simultaneously. 4.
