Shri Natu, learned counsel for the applicant prays that instead of furnishing solvent surety, the applicant be permitted to withdraw 25% of the total amount permitted to be withdrawn by order dated 10th April, 2015, on furnishing bank guarantee for that amount. Request so made is reasonable. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
