Without taking any appropriate steps under Section 28 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894, the petitioner is seeking to derive the benefits of the award passed by the reference court and is now seeking writ of mandamus directing to respondents to consider his application/representation for the same aim.

The writ petition is dismissed.
