Perused the impugned judgment.

Substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed upon applicants / original accused nos.2 and 3 vide judgment and order dated 14.10.2016, passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Amalner, in Sessions Case No. 29 of 2012, for offence punishable under Section 324 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, is suspended, pending hearing and final disposal of Criminal Appeal No. 670 of 2016. Applicants / original accused nos.2 and 3 are directed to be released on bail, pending hearing and final disposal of the appeal, on their executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each and on furnishing one or more solvent sureties of the like amount by each of them.
