We have perused the judgment and order passed by the trial Court in Sessions Case no.58/2013 and we are convinced that this is not a fit case for enlarging the accused on bail. The application seeking enlargement of the accused - appellant on bail is rejected. Office is, however, directed to ensure preparation of the paper book within six weeks from today.
