Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner produces on record the permission granted by the Indian Nursing Council. In view of the permission granted by the Indian Nursing Council, the matter needs to be considered by the University - respondent No. 2. As the centralized admission process is over, there is no need to issue directions as sought by the petitioner. However, the University is expected to consider the proposal of the petitioner as per the procedure, if
