Petition is filed by revision applicant before the Hon'ble Minister. The proceeding is filed as no order was made on stay application. Learned Counsel for respondent submits that this Court has granted stay and as the present matter is pending in this Court, the Hon'ble Minister is not taking the matter for disposal. She submits that she has no objection if stay is granted for one month and during that period Hon'ble Minister is allowed to dispose of the matter. 2.

In view of this submission, the writ petition is disoposed of in following terms:

Parties are to appear before the Hon'ble Minister on 05th October, 2016. Parties to act on authenticated copies of this order.
