Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents.

The petitioners seek directions to consider their confirmation of services since they are rendering services uninterruptedly for last ten years. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue is already covered by the judgment of the coordinate bench in the matter of Madhukar s/o Bhavanrao Sadgir and Others Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others passed in Writ Petition No.5867/2015 dated 31.10.2018 and other judgments. Prima facie, it appears that the issue is covered. However there are certain parameters applied for granting the

2 41.WP-12359-2024.doc permanency. In view thereof, the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the confirmation of service strictly as per the parameters laid down by this Court in the above judgment within 60 days from the receipt of this order.
