This is an application for direction to the original petitioners to add the applicant as party-respondent no.3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that, he is victim in the offence and at his instance the APMC i.e. respondent no.2 in the original petition had filed FIR.

Considering this submission, though learned counsel for the original petitioners opposed his prayer, in the interest of justice and since the applicant is the victim, we are allowing this application and directing learned counsel for the petitioners to add the applicant as partyrespondent no.3 to the main petition.
