DATED : 5th DECEMBER, 2018 Order :- Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. There is innocuous prayer in the petition seeking direction to respondent No.2 - Education Officer to decide and consider the proposals dated 16-082016 and 17-09-2018 for seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as Shikshan Sevak for the period 15-06-2015 to 15-06-2018, within stipulated period.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition with direction to respondent No.2 - Education Officer (Secondary) to take decision on the proposals as aforesaid, if already not taken, as expeditiously as possible, keeping in view the service record of the petitioner and contents of proposals in accordance with law, however, within a period of six (6) weeks from today.
