Here is an application for regular bail in Crime No. 289/2015 registered at Shivajinagar police station, Taluka and district Beed for the offence punishable u/s 306 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Mr. N.L.Jadhav, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. U.S.Mote, learned A.P.P. for Respondent - State. Perused papers of investigation. 3.

Manohar Mahadeo Bhosale is the first informant. Deceased Meerabai was his daughter. It is

2 Cr.Apln. 6197.2015.odt alleged in F.I.R. that before one month of incident, applicant and his son assaulted Meerabai. Applicant is the neighbour of deceased. According to complainant his son-in-law Baburao Kadam had purchased a plot. Applicant was a mediator. Since then applicant, his son and wife used to insist Meerabai not to speak to any one and they used to abuse and pressurize her to live to their expectations. Being tired of illtreatment at the hands of applicant, it is alleged that Meerabai committed suicide. 4.

Learned A.P.P. upon instructions submits that investigation is almost complete. Applicant was arrested on 13/10/2015 and since then he is in custody. 5.

Considering the nature of offence, manner of incident, severity of punishment, role attributed to applicant and since investigation is almost complete this court finds that no purpose would be served by keeping the applicant in further custody. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No. 6197 of 2015 is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Namdeo s/o Tukaram Ghallal is released on bail in Crime No. 289/2015 registered at Shivajinagar police station, Taluka and district Beed for the offence

3 Cr.Apln. 6197.2015.odt punishable u/s 306 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code on P.R. and S.B. of ` 15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand] each.

(iii) Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall make himself available as and when required.

(iv) Till filing of charge sheet applicant shall keep himself away from the jurisdiction of Shivajinagar police station, Taluka and district Beed.

(v) Bail before the trial Court.
