We have perused the reasons cited which indicate that the Applicant claims to be the title holder of the parcel of the property, which has been utilized in a public project. According to him, his share of compensation needs to be delivered to him and that amount cannot be passed on to any other person. The Petitioners are his close relatives.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The Applicant shall be arrayed as Respondent No.5 in the Writ Petition.
