The Petitioner challenges the selection of Respondent No.5 on the ground that clauses 1 and 10 of the advertisement dated 14.07.2023 have not been complied with. The Petitioner desires to file a representation within five days from today.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the representation would be decided within 20 days in the light of the Government Resolution dated 02.02.2023 and by
