ORDER :

The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation. 2.

The crime is registered against the applicant for the offences punishable under sections 3 r/w. 25 and 7 of Arms Act. Allegations against him are that he was engaging juveniles for selling fired arm. On the basis of interrogation made with one accused, police arrested the present applicant and during trial it can be said that the prosecution will be relying on the information received during interrogation. In view of these circumstances, this Court holds that the applicant cannot be

Cri. Appln. No. 6845/14 kept behind bars till the disposal of the case. He has been behind bars since 28.10.2014.

In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) with one solvent surety of like amount. He is not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. He is not to commit similar offence.
