The application is filed by the original claimant for permission to withdraw the interest which must have accrued on the amount of 50% which was deposited in the Court for getting interim relief.

The submissions made show that already this Court had allowed the claimant to withdraw 50% amount, but there was

(2) CA No.946/2019 no specific order with regard to interest. In view of this circumstance, the Application is allowed. Interest is also allowed to be withdrawn in respect of prayer Clause 'B'. 3.
