This Court, while dealing with Writ Petition No. 6961/2015 decided on 13.07.2015, has issued directions to the Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the validation claim in respect of petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of the order. The Scrutiny Committee is expected to decide the validation claim by 12th July, 2016. No further directions in respect of expeditious disposal of the validation proposal are necessary in this petition. 2.

Petitioners feels apprehension in view of the communication issued by the Dean, Government Dental College & Hospital, Mumbai dated 28.10.2015 wherein it has been communicated that in the event of failure of the candidate including the petitioner to submit validation certificate, their proposals for registration and eligibility shall not be accepted and that they would not be permitted to appear for the examination.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no. 3 College not to take any adverse action against petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit validation certificate. Until decision on the validation claim pending with the Scrutiny Committee, the University of Health Science is directed to permit petitioner to appear for the examination subject to decision on the validation claim in respect of petitioner pending with the Scrutiny Committee. Writ petition stands disposed of.
