The present applications for restoration are filed with prayer for condonation of delay of 325 days. The learned counsel for te applicants submits that inadvertently, the matter remained to be noticed and the objections were not removed in time.

For the reasons stated in the applications for restoration, the same are

2 975 allowed. The delay is condoned. The first appeals are restored to their original position.

The order dated 20.10.2022 to the extent of the present first appeals stands re-called. 5.

The learned counsel for the appellants to remove the office objections within a period of eight (08) weeks. However, in the event, the office objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the order dated 20.10.2022 would stand restored.

The civil applications for restoration are disposed of accordingly.
