The applicant, being the legal representative of sole appellant Ambubai Gopalrao Patil, is seeking permission to bring himself on record by condoning the delay of 183 days for setting aside abatement order.

Admittedly, Ambubai died on 05.07.2020 and, therefore, considering the right to sue, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "B". Necessary amendment be carried out within the stipulated period.
