This is the Application for suspension of the sentence. 2.

The order dated 09/12/2022 show that, this Court had suspended the sentence till the returnable date by considering the short term sentence. Hence, the suspesion of sentence to continue till the Appeal is disposed off. 3.

The Applicant - Appellant shall furnish fresh surety before the learned Trial Court on the same terms as were imposed at the time of suspending the sentence by the learned Trial Court till the Appeal period. 4.

Application stands disposed off.
