Earlier application claiming anticipatory bail of present applicants came to be registered as Criminal Application No. 4289 of 2016. Said application was heard on 22nd September, 2016 by this Court. After hearing, learned counsel appearing for applicants in aforesaid Criminal Application sought permission to withdraw the same. 2.

This is second application for anticipatory bail by the same applicants. As there are no change in the circumstances, present application for anticipatory bail cannot be entertained and the same stands rejected.
