This application is filed seeking withdrawal of the amount pursuant to order dated 19.06.2023. Though there is an order allowing the applicants to withdraw the amount, a technical difficulty occurred in view of the names of applicant Nos. 4 and 5 as in the earlier application name of applicant No. 4 was shown as Madhuri Krushnarao Kulkarni. The same is the case in respect of applicant No. 5. Therefore, a correction is sought for the purpose of

The office is directed to allow the applicants to withdraw the amount and to disburse the same as per the names shown in the title clause of this application.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Office to act upon the order dated 19.06.2023 with modification as indicated above. 5.
