DATED : 5th MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- Mr.Gunale, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is granted permission to run 1st to 7th standard school, so also 9th and 10th standard, however, the proposal for grant of permission to 8th standard is not considered though recommended by the Zilla Parishad. The same is pending with the Director, Education (Secondary).

2] Mr.Thigale, learned Addl.G.P. Submits that the Director of Education would take decision on the said recommendation on its own merits.

3] In light of that, we pass following order :

a] The Director of Education i.e. respondent no.2 shall decide the proposal/recommendation as submitted to it by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur (Exh.C) on its own merits expeditiously preferably within

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
