The proposal for verification of tribe claim of the petitioner is returned back on the ground that the tribe Mannervarlu has been wrongly spelt in the tribe certificate issued by the Sub Divisional Officer.

The Scrutiny Committee shall give the certified copy of the tribe certificate submitted by the petitioner for verification within a period of two weeks from today. Upon receipt of certified copy of the tribe certificate, same shall be submitted to the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer on verification of the same shall issue tribe certificate with correct

2 wp 12868.18 spelling of Mannervarlu (S.T.) to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of petitioner submitting certified copy. Upon receipt of the said corrected tribe certificate, the petitioner may produce the same before the Committee. The Committee thereafter shall decide the validation proceeding on its own merits, in accordance with law and expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
