Learned Counsel for contesting Respondent, on instructions from the Respondent who is present before this Court, records no objection for allowing the Petition.

In view of above, the Petition stands allowed. Impugned order is set aside. Additional District Collector, Shirdi is hereby directed to decide the 2nd RTS No. 203/2024 within a period of six weeks from today.
