The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this Application with liberty to file application for discharge before the concerned Court.

The Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. In case the charge is already not framed by the concerned Court, the Applicants are at liberty to file application for discharge. We make it clear that liberty granted today is available for the Applicants only for four weeks from today.

In case application for discharge is filed within four weeks from today, the concerned Court shall decide the same as expeditiously as
