appearing for the State and its officials.

We have carefully perused the grounds taken in the Petition and the contents of the impugned order. In our opinion, the Petition is premature and also needs no adjudication on merits at this stage.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner during the course of his arguments has submitted that neither Enquiry Officer is appointed nor the charge-sheet is served upon the petitioner.

Though we are not inclined to interfere in the impugned order, however, we direct the concerned Authorities to expedite the enquiry proceedings including appointing Enquiry Officer and also subsequent stages of the enquiry.

With the above observations, Writ Petition stands disposed of.

6.

Parties shall act upon authenticated copy of this order.
