Heard learned counsel Shri Temkar for the applicant, Shri Deshmukh, learned APP for the respondent - State and Shri A. D. Shinde, learned counsel for one of the victims. 2.

When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant relief to the applicant, learned counsel Shri Temkar sought permission to withdraw the application with a request that the trial be expedited and it be completed within a specifed period. He further submits that three witnesses have been examined. 3.

In view of the above, application is disposed of as withdrawn. Learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months.
