We have perused the status report of the case bearing RCC No.32 of 2011 received from the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mudkhed, Nanded. It appears that the trial has not commenced in its actual sense and the case is at the initial commencement stage. We, therefore, direct the trial court to decide the case, which is of the year 2011, as expeditiously as possible, within a reasonable time. 2.

By order dated 2.2.2022 we have already expressed our disinclination to entertain this criminal application, which suffers from delay and laches. In view of the same, criminal application is hereby dismissed.
