This is an application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the writ petition on account of failure to remove office objection. 2.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar on 29.9.2014 is set aside. Delay occurred in presenting the application stands condoned.

Applicant shall remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In the event of failure, the application shall be deemed to have been rejected without reference to the Court.
