CORAM: S. V. GANGAPURWALA & AVINASH G. GHAROTE, JJ.

DATE : NOVEMBER 13, 2019 PER COURT : - 1.

We have heard Mr. Nagargoje, the learned advocate for the petitioner. The contention is that, under the Government Resolution of the order 2017, the sport in which the petitioner had represented namely, Wushu is included for the benefit to be given to the persons seeking appointment from sportsman category. It also finds place in the Commonwealth Games. In view of this, the case of the petitioner pursuant to the selection process of 2010 is required to be considered.

2.

There is nothing on record to show that, Wushu sport was included in the sports for which the persons were given benefit seeking employment from sportsman category in the year 2010. Gajanan

2 12862.2018WP..doc Government Resolution of 2017 would not inure to the benefit of petitioner as selection process is of the year 2010. 3.
