Considering the fact that only statutory amount of ` 25,000/- is deposited in this court, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the said amount together with upto date interest on the condition that they execute an undertaking that in case any order adverse to their interest is passed in the appeal, they would refund the said amount within a period of four weeks from the date of said order.
