The directions issued by this Court while disposing of Writ Petition No. 05822 of 2015 by order dated 06th October 2016, are quite clear and there does not appear to be any ambiguity therein. The respondent - MSEDCL is justified in proceeding with

(Order) (2) W.P. No. 13066 of 2017 the departmental proceedings after a period of one year as stipulated in the said order.

No interference is called for in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is devoid of merits and the same is accordingly dismissed.
