DATE : 14th November, 2024 Per Court :- The learned advocate for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner is merely seeking that his representation dated 29.04.2021 (Exhibit C) is considered on its own merits. The learned advocate, on instructions, makes it abundantly clear that the petitioner is not interested either in challenging his termination or punishment inflicted subsequently, now that he stands superannuated.
