Application is allowed.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No. 83/2017 registered at Deopur Police Station, District Dhule, for the offences punishable under section 307, 324, 323 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on his furnishing bail in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount, on following conditions.

(i) Applicant shall appear before the Investigating officer from 27.11.2017 to 30.11.2017 in between 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and cooperate in investigation.

(ii) Applicant shall report the police station Deopur on every Sunday in between 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. from 30.11.2017 onwards till filing of the charge-sheet.

BA 5880/17 (iii) Applicant shall not indulge into any act amounting to tampering of prosecution witnesses.

In case of breach of any of the conditions, the anticipatory bail granted to applicant liable to be cancelled.

Criminal application stands disposed of in above terms.
